Booking Process

Once you have established with us a period when you would like stay you will need to complete and return the Booking Form and pay a non-refundable Reservation Deposit of 35% (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure). 

The final balance is payable 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday and is non-refundable, as a cancellation would not leave the Owner with sufficient time to find a substitute booking. If full payment is not received by the balance due date your booking will be cancelled.

Your booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation of your booking from us by email. A contract then exists between you and the Owner. 

Please note that in the event you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, no refunds will be given in any circumstances. Deposit and balance payments you make to us are non-refundable in any instance. You should therefore take out suitable travel insurance to cover the risks that may lead to such an eventuality. 

The balance of the Fee is payable 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.

A Security Deposit will be payable on arrival and is returned after your stay.
